Alessandro Albrighi is a Senior Advisor and Advisory Board Member of Naxxar Energy Group. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avery Capital and also serves as Senior Advisor and Partner at CleanBridge Group, advising on investment banking, corporate finance and strategic transactions in sustainable infrastructure.
Alessandro studied Law and has completed Advanced Executive Management Programs in Investment Management at The Wharton School and Business Management at the University of Chicago. He held senior roles at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America in Italy. With more than four decades of international experience across the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Italy, Alessandro has advised companies, investors and financial institutions on cross-border M&A, capital raising, and long-term growth strategies.
His expertise spans renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, clean power, waste-to-energy, water and zero-emission transport. At Naxxar, Alessandro provides strategic guidance on corporate finance, capital markets, M&A and institutional investor engagement, supporting the Group’s long-term growth across Europe.
