He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avery Capital and a recognized strategic advisor specializing in the global energy transition. He also serves as Senior Advisor and Partner at CleanBridge Group, where he advises clients on investment banking, corporate finance and strategic transactions across the sustainable infrastructure sector.
With more than four decades of international experience, Alessandro has built a distinguished career spanning investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets and strategic advisory. Having worked extensively across the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Italy, he has advised corporations, investors and financial institutions on complex mergers and acquisitions, capital raising initiatives and long-term growth strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
Alessandro began his career in investment banking in 1984, developing expertise in corporate finance, securities and capital markets before progressing into senior leadership positions within international financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has overseen securities operations, investment research and executive management responsibilities while building a comprehensive understanding of global financial markets and cross-border investment.
Building on this foundation, Alessandro established and led AD Capital Partners, an independent corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm focused on supporting companies operating within the energy transition. His advisory work has concentrated on sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, waste-to-energy, water infrastructure, clean power generation and the rapidly evolving zero-emission transportation sector, including battery electric and hydrogen technologies.
Today, through Avery Capital and his advisory roles, Alessandro continues to support management teams, investors and infrastructure platforms in identifying strategic opportunities, structuring complex transactions and navigating the evolving global energy transition. His experience across international capital markets and investment banking provides Naxxar with valuable strategic insight into institutional investment, corporate development and long-term value creation.
Alessandro studied Law and has completed Advanced Executive Management Programs in Investment Management at The Wharton School and Business Management at the University of Chicago, complementing more than forty years of practical experience advising businesses and investors across international markets.
