Andrea Brentan is Vice Chairman of Naxxar Energy Group and a member of its Executive Management Team. He is an internationally recognized energy executive with more than four decades of leadership experience across utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, and investment. His career combines operational management, strategic governance, international development and major transaction experience.
Andrea previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Endesa, one of Europe’s largest integrated energy companies and a leading utility in Spain and Latin America. Earlier, he contributed to Enel’s international expansion and the development of Enel Green Power as Head of International Development, helping advance its position in the global renewable-energy sector.
Following his executive roles, Andrea has acted as Non-Executive Chairman, board member and senior adviser to international companies, infrastructure platforms, and private-equity investors. At Naxxar, he provides strategic guidance on growth, governance, transactions and the development of a leading independent renewable-energy platform across Europe.
