Stevens C. Moore is an Advisory Board Member of Naxxar Energy Group. He is an accomplished corporate finance and investment executive with more than 25 years of international experience spanning renewable energy, infrastructure investment, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development across Europe, North America and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Stevens has specialized in identifying, evaluating and executing middle-market investments across both individual infrastructure assets and platform-based investment opportunities. His expertise encompasses corporate finance, capital structuring, strategic partnerships and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on creating long-term value through disciplined investment and strategic growth initiatives.
Stevens has held senior leadership positions with internationally recognized organizations including Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure, Citibank, Santander, and GBS Finance, where he developed extensive experience advising corporations, investors and financial institutions on complex mergers and acquisitions, capital deployment and corporate development strategies. His ability to combine strategic insight with disciplined transaction execution has made him a trusted advisor across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
From 2015 to 2023, Stevens served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure, where he led a cross-regional investment team responsible for originating, evaluating and executing proprietary investments throughout the global energy transition sector. His responsibilities included identifying strategic acquisition opportunities, evaluating investment platforms, structuring equity investments and developing long-term partnerships across multiple renewable technologies and international markets. His leadership played an important role in expanding Atlantica’s renewable infrastructure platform across diverse geographies and asset classes.
Earlier in his career, Stevens held senior corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions roles with Citibank, Santander and GBS Finance, where he advised on complex cross-border transactions while developing long-standing relationships with institutional investors, infrastructure funds, strategic operators, commercial lenders and government stakeholders. His experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of how capital, partnerships and disciplined execution combine to support successful infrastructure investment.
Throughout his career, Stevens has originated and executed investments across solar, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric, electricity transmission and district heating infrastructure. His extensive international network and deep understanding of institutional investment markets provide Naxxar with valuable strategic insight into corporate development, capital partnerships and long-term platform growth.
Stevens earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. His broad educational background, combined with more than two decades of international investment experience, has contributed to a leadership style that emphasizes strategic thinking, disciplined analysis and long-term relationship building.
