Stevens C. Moore is an Advisory Board Member of Naxxar Energy Group and an experienced corporate finance and investment executive with more than 25 years of international experience across renewable energy, infrastructure investment, M&A and corporate development in Europe, North America and Latin America.
From 2015 to 2023, Stevens was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure. He led a cross-regional investment team responsible for originating, evaluating and executing proprietary investments in the global energy-transition sector, including acquisitions, equity investments and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, he held senior corporate-finance and M&A roles at Citibank, Santander and GBS Finance.
His transaction experience spans solar, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric, electricity transmission and district-heating infrastructure. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University. At Naxxar, he advises on corporate development, investment strategy, M&A and capital partnerships, supporting the Group’s long-term growth across Europe.
